A19 Bulbs
A19 is the standard household-style bulb shape with a medium (E26) screw base. In commercial buildings, LED A19 bulbs are used in table and floor lamps, wall sconces, pendants, utility fixtures, hallways, restrooms and storage rooms.
Replacing incandescent or compact fluorescent A19 bulbs with LED versions lowers energy use and reduces how often bulbs need to be changed.

When replacing A19 bulbs across a property, check:
- Light output in lumens, rather than wattage, to match the brightness of the old bulb
- Color temperature, so new bulbs match nearby fixtures
- Dimmer compatibility for fixtures on dimmer switches
- Whether the fixture is enclosed or exposed to damp locations
