Full Cut
Full cut-off wall packs direct all of their light downward. They are the usual choice where light should stay on your property: near property lines, next to residential neighbors, beside roads and over doors where glare would bother people walking toward the building.

When full cut-off is the better fit
Choose full cut-off when the goal is to light the ground below the fixture, such as a sidewalk, a door landing or a dock apron, rather than the wall or the distance. Some municipalities and property standards also prefer or require cut-off fixtures for outdoor lighting; check local requirements for your site.
Because light stays below the fixture, mounting height matters more: a fixture set too low lights a small area brightly, and one set high spreads light wider. We review heights and spacing during the site visit.
